You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.

Shipping Times:

Domestic Shipping (Canada): 5-7 business days.

International Shipping （US Only）: 10-15 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.

Free shipping is available for orders over $100 (Canada only).

International Shipping:

We currently ship to selected international locations. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

Returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [your email].

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Our herbal blends are crafted using a variety of natural ingredients. If you have any known allergies to plants, herbs, or specific ingredients, please review the ingredient list for each product carefully before purchasing.

Common allergens such as tree nuts (found in Black Walnut), licorice, and mint (found in Peppermint or Spearmint) are used in some of our blends. Please consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure about any ingredient.

If you have a sensitivity to certain herbs or a medical condition (such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, or medication use), we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any of our products.
