Return and Refund Policy

At Balanced Harmony Acupuncture, we strive to provide the best quality products for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

 

Returns:

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Refunds:

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at jiebangtcm@gmail.com.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
